PayPal is the most popular eWallet in the world and is our top pick for all of your online casino and sportsbook banking needs. PayPal allows you to instantly and securely make deposits from several funding options. These include:
- Bank transfers: Link your bank account to your PayPal account via the account and routing number.
- Debit/Credit Card: Link your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card for instant deposits. It is important to note that you can’t use your PayPal credit card for funding online gambling accounts.
- Person to person transfers: Know someone else with PayPal? They can send you money.
- PayPal balance: Use your available PayPal balance to fund your online gambling accounts.
PayPal is a top choice for all your deposits and withdrawals, but there are a few restrictions. First, you must be using a personal account. This means no business or premier accounts when funding or withdrawing from your iGaming accounts.
Second, the email address used for your PayPal account must match the email address that you used when creating your online sportsbook or casino account. This may be an issue for some, but can be rectified by changing your PayPal email.

VIP preferred does have limits on how much you can deposit, but the more you use the service, the higher your limit will go. Limits usually reset on a weekly basis. For example, if you have a $2,000 limit, and make a $1,000 deposit on Tuesday, a $500 deposit on Wednesday, and a $300 deposit on Thursday, you will have $200 left to use until the following Tuesday. Online Bank Transfers utilize your online banking billpay feature to make safe, instant deposits to your online gambling accounts. You must first enable the online banking billpay feature within your sports or casino account before using this as a deposit method, and your bank must have a billpay feature as well. Play+ Prepaid Cards
Prepaid cards are a great option for depositing to all your favorite online gambling sites, and Play+ makes it even easier. Instead of waiting in line at CVS and paying crazy fees to load up, you can sign up for a Play+ card direct from the cashier of most online gambling websites. Once you are instantly approved, you will be able to load funds either directly from your bank account, or via a credit or debit card.
Play+ cards are branded for each site, so you will need to sign up for a different card for each online sportsbook or casino that you play on. Account balances and deposit/withdrawal options can be easily accessed on their intuitive website.
Once you sign up for a Play+ card, you will also receive a physical card in the mail within two weeks. You have several options for pulling money off the card like withdrawing at any ATM, or using the Play+ card anywhere that Discover is accepted. It is important to note that there is a $2 per transaction fee applied to withdrawals.
Credit/Debit Cards
One of the simplest methods for depositing into your online gambling account is using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card directly. Use your card same as you would on any online shopping website. Be sure that there is enough credit left in your account, or enough cash in your bank account when using a debit card.
Occasionally there may be some fees applied as some banks still haven’t updated their systems, but generally they are few and far between. Since Credit/Debit cards can only be used for deposits, you will need to find another way of getting your winnings off the site.

If you find yourself at the brick-and-mortar casino affiliated with your chosen online brand, you can always bring cash and your photo ID to deposit in-person.
