Caesars Sportsbook App – Promo Code & Review 2025

The company made a significant impact in the U.S. online sports betting scene in August 2025, after acquiring British bookmaker William Hill for an impressive $3.7 billion the year before. Instead of using the William Hill name, which already had books operating in numerous states throughout the country, the gaming giant chose to rebrand the sites as Caesars Sportsbook, leveraging its widespread name recognition throughout the U.S. This decision was met with enthusiasm by many.

That provided Caesars immediate access to nearly a dozen states, with its aim set on opening up in as many locations possible going forward.

But apart from Caesars’ assertive entry into the market, how does it compete for real sports bettors? In this analysis, we address that question after extensive testing, explaining its bonus offer, banking options, betting lines and much more. This was an eye-opening experience.

Caesars bonus package

New Caesars players can take advantage of an exclusive sign-up bonus, using code BETSCZR.

Caesars Sportsbook Promo Code BETSCZR
Welcome Bonus $1100 in First Bet Insurance
Bonuses Valid March 2025

How it works

After creating an account, eligible players will have thirty (30) days to place their first wager up to $1100. If the bet wins, you’ll receive your winnings in cash and that’ll be the end of that. If the bet loses, Caesars will reimburse your original stake, 100% up to $1100 in the form of a single-use free bet credit.

The value of the free bet credit is NOT included in any paid-out winnings. For example, if you bet $1100 at +100 using a free bet credit and it hits, you would receive a payout of $1100. It is also worth noting that your free bet credit will expire if not used after 14 days of issuance, so be sure to use it before you lose it!

In what states is Caesars Sportsbook available?

While its casinos are well-known among retail gamblers across the U.S., Caesars has now taken its famed sportsbook online in select states where mobile sports betting is legal. It’s been a massive 2025 for the company so far, rolling out state launches in New York and Louisiana in January, and most recently Illinois on March 9, 2025! Players in The Prairie State can now sign up and take advantage of our exclusive promo code, BETSCZR!

Caesars has benefitted from William Hill’s aggressive pre-acquisition approach to cracking the U.S. market. Before the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA) went into effect, William Hill was one of the biggest gambling brands in the country. But while the UIGEA did cause a setback, William Hill positioned itself through Nevada and later New Jersey to become a major national player once sports betting started becoming legalized in the country.

Although bonus offers may vary slightly from state to state at times, the same Caesars Sportsbook product is available in each state where it has come online so far. This includes the banking, promotions, software, and wager types that the company is known to offer.

Registering an account with Caesars Sports

You can register an account with Caesars via both its online sportsbook and its mobile sports betting app. It’s a process that is very slick, so it only takes a couple of minutes to complete.

Who is eligible?

As long as you are over the age of 21, you can register an account with Caesars.

We’ve highlighted in this review that you can only bet online in a handful of states at present (check the table above for a complete list), but you can register an account in any state. You just are not allowed to wager online until you are physically located in one of the states Caesars is licensed in.

For example, if you live in New York, you can register for New Jersey account, but you would then need to travel to NJ to place an online bet at Caesars.

How to register an account with Caesars

You can open your Caesars account via your laptop or desktop or through the site’s mobile app. We speak more about the app later in this review, but it’s one of the easiest registration processes we’ve seen.

Once you go to the Caesars website or download the app, you need to find the “Sign Up” button to begin the process of creating an account. Click the button and then begin to enter your information when prompted. You’ll need to enter your name, email, date of birth, and phone number, and then the second page will ask you for answers to security questions that you need to link to your account, along with your address.

Make sure all the info you are entering is accurate. You’ll also have to add the last four digits of your social security number so that Caesars can correctly identify you.

If you have a promo code, you can also enter it while going through the registration process, or just click the links on this page to save that step. Once that is complete and you’ve double checked and confirmed all information is correct, you can make your first deposit.

Funding your Caesars Sportsbook online account

Here’s a more detailed look at how you can make deposits and withdrawals at the site.

Deposits

To deposit into Caesars Sportsbook, you can use any of the following methods:

  • Online banking
  • VIP Preferred (eCheck)
  • Caesars Play+ prepaid card
  • PayPal
  • PayNearMe
  • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover)
  • Retail locations for a cash deposit

Each option has a higher minimum ($20) than many competitors, which may discourage those playing with lower bankrolls or force bettors to deposit more than they would like.

Deposits for each method will be processed immediately, so you can start betting right away. Caesars doesn’t charge any fees, but it does state that some banks see gambling as cash advances, which means fees could apply.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be processed via ACH (eCheck), Caesars Play+ card, PayPal or cash at the cage.

Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours, although often they’re processed much faster than this. Also, you need to withdraw a minimum of $20 per transaction, which is higher than at some shops, but given it matches the same as the deposit limit, it makes sense.

If you want your money instantly, then you will need to withdraw via any of their retail locations. For this, you need your account number, email address, and government-issued ID to get your money and you will need to go to a physical location to receive it.

Caesars Sportsbook website platform

Caesars Sportsbook Desktop
Caesars Sportsbook Desktop

The Caesars website aesthetic is stark, very basic and makes use of whitespace liberally. In fact the site is a little too sparse for our tastes, making it a little harder than normal to make out what bets are available at a glance. There are not a lot of bells and whistles that come with this platform, which of course, could change in the future.

You get a menu down the left, markets in the middle, and then your bet slip is on the right. Sports betting purists will likely love the Caesars platform, as it’s designed to get you in, find your bet, choose your stake, and place the wager. It’s simple.

On the negative side, we can’t help but think that it lacks a little character. We have to compare this to the likes of FanDuel or PointsBet, which are some of the best, and it feels like you’ve gone a little back in time with Caesars.

These things are subjective, though, and it’s not a terrible platform to use by any means. Again, it’s simple to use and has a very clean layout. It’s lightning-fast between sports and wagers, the bet slip is one that only intrudes when you need it to, and it’s one of few platforms that includes a search function that actually works as it was intended to.

Caesars mobile app

Caesars Mobile App - Dark Mode
Caesars Mobile App – Dark Mode

The mobile app sports the same all-white theme as the desktop version, but is a bit easier to read due to the size constraints forcing the elements closer together. Feel free to switch on dark mode as well to give an even better contrast to the interface by clicking the question mark in the upper right-hand corner, then choosing Appearance.

You’ll find the different sports offered in a convenient list running horizontal across the top of your device, with a shortcut for live betting at the front of the list.

Below that you’ll see the different types of bets and odds available for that sport, which you can add by simply tapping on the appropriate rectangle. When you select one, your bet will pop up on the betslip, which can also be accessed via the Bets icon in the footer menu. If you don’t like a bet you’ve chosen, you can simply tap the trash can icon next to the bet to delete it from your slip.

You’ll also find shortcuts for Sports, Promos, Search and Casino on the same strip. In all the mobile app is simple but effective and offers pretty much everything you can do on a desktop.

Pricing and lines

If we were going to class betting lines as a feature, then we would have to say that it’s one of the best features of the Caesars sportsbook. This should come as no real surprise, though, as Caesars has a vast amount of experience in the space.

To kick things off, we started to look at the margins that are on offer. For those that don’t know, margins are often known as vig or juice and are basically the cut that a sportsbook takes from each bet. The lower the margin, the more favorable for the bettor.

Caesars is working at a margin of around 3.5%. This number has been taken from dozens of sports and wagers through the site’s sportsbook. To put that into some context, this is the lowest margin that we have come across.

What’s most impressive is how versatile the whole structure is. It’s not as if it’s just good on the money line or parlays or point spreads. We found very few faults within the sportsbook. Even when it was off, it wasn’t by much.

We have to add that from the 30 or so wagers that we randomly compared, it was never the worst price or even tied at any point from the tests we ran. It’s the only sportsbook to have come up with the goods for this from the dozens that we’ve tested.

The only negative that we can come up with here is that the sportsbook often didn’t offer the absolute best price that we could find. So while it certainly offered better prices than most, it didn’t offer the best price often.

As we’ve always said, it’s always important to line shop. Even though Caesars does offer some very good prices, it never hurts to check out other sportsbooks to see if there’s a better price out there. It’s also important to always make sure you check Caesars’ prices before betting at another sportsbook, as you’ll often find a better price at Caesars.

Betting options and markets

As you can expect, all of the standard types of wagers are available at Caesars, but the overall selection can be categorized as a little bland as compared to other sportsbooks. This area could be improved upon, but it’s not as though the Caesars sportsbook is severely lacking with its betting options that would be cause for concern.

As things pertain to the betting markets that Caesars offers, the usual suspects are all there, such as football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, and more. The market even includes things such as Aussie rules football and MMA fighting, although both are pretty well covered within the industry these days.

Similar to the types of wagers that are offered, we would like to see some more betting markets offered from Caesars. It is such a large and experienced brand that we believe this could be expanded upon, especially if Caesars wants to continue to compete with the likes of FanDuel.

Game selection

Game selection within the sports is excellent and this area stands up against pretty much any brand within the sector.

The first place that we want to start was with the NBA. Here, you are looking at around 30-40 wagers that you can make for each game. It’s not huge, but compared to the competition, it’s a good baseline.

We particularly liked the alternative lines that are offered, not just for the NBA, but for a host of other sports as well. These range based on the quarter/period for that specific game, but there is a really nice balance that tends to offer good value.

Within the football sector, NFL and college, the sportsbook really starts to sing. You’ve got over 90 bets to choose from on average, and while this isn’t as big as you can get, it’s a healthy amount.

The prop bets are the highlight here, and it’s come up with a great variety to sink your teeth into. We loved the score/win doubles and also the variety of passing yard spreads for the individual markets.

Finally, we wanted to look at Caesars’ in-play section. It’s a little thin in terms of matches, but it does offer a reasonable range of markets to bet on. The inclusion of the match center is the highlight here, and this is something that is taken directly from William Hill’s European-based sportsbook.

Promotions

Promotions at Caesars online sportsbook are pretty good. They tend to offer a lot of time-sensitive promotions, and by this, we mean things that will target major sporting events, such as March Madness, the Super Bowl, World Series, etc. When these become available, make sure to take advantage of them just as you would at any sportsbook.

Caesars does include longer-running promotions as well, which are essential to keep existing players happy. One of the standout offers is that of the Friday Night Parlay Live. For this, you get a 20% bonus when you place an in-play parlay on three or more teams a Friday night. The parlay for this offer needs to be priced at +550 or greater and has to have three or more selections included. The maximum cash credit is $20 from this offer, which is low, but better than nothing.

Customer support

The bigger brands often have the best customer support setups, and Caesars is certainly in that category. It’s able to give you 24/7 support via both its live chat and email, a combination that tends to be lacking around the industry.

Caesars Sportsbook Review SUMMARY
Bottom Line
Given that Caesars is one of the biggest gambling brands in the world, it should come as little surprise to hear that it offers one of the strongest US-facing sportsbooks in the sector right now. The range of game selection and its betting lines are just two highlights, which sets it apart from the majority of the competition.
